By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app is a personal habit-tracking tool with game-like motivation elements: experience points, levels, streaks, ranks and achievements. These are motivational features only — points, levels and ranks have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for anything. The app is a self-improvement aid, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or financial advice.

The Google Calendar feature is optional. If you enable it, you grant the app permission to create, update and delete calendar events matching your habits on your behalf. You're responsible for any consequences of synced events appearing on your calendar (such as overlapping meetings) — always double-check important scheduling. You may disconnect the integration or remove individual habits from your calendar at any time.

Use the app lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer its systems. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity under your account.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that your data will never be lost — though we take reasonable measures to protect both.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app's operators aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or its Google Calendar integration.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
